Made to order

Every VIDEVIK hoodie is printed on demand after you order, so nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you. Because of this, production takes a little longer than for ready-made clothing.

Production time

Orders are normally produced within 2-7 business days. Peak periods and holidays can add a few days. You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Shipping time and cost

After production, delivery usually takes 2-10 business days depending on where you live. The exact shipping cost for your address is shown at checkout before you pay, and varies by destination. Estimates are not guarantees; carrier delays can happen.

Where we ship

We ship to most countries, including the EU, the UK, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland. If your country is not available at checkout, we cannot ship there yet.

Multiple items

Items in one order may be produced and shipped separately, and may arrive on different days. You will get tracking for each shipment.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price shown at checkout.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully. We can only change an address before the order goes into production. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping costs will be charged to you.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or does not arrive, contact us through the contact page within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, with your order number and a photo if it is damaged. We will replace or refund it.
